1Scope

6Retention

• Authenticated session cookies expire after 7 days or earlier when you sign out or delete your account.
• Guest viewing progress remains in your browser until it is synchronized after sign-in, you clear viewing history or site data, or you delete your account.
• Account viewing history remains until you clear it or delete your account. Likes and favorites remain until you reverse the action or delete your account.
• Routine application and security logs are retained for up to 30 days. Privileged audit and deletion-control records are retained for up to 180 days.
• Encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 days and removed through normal backup rotation.

7Account deletion

You may download your data, clear viewing history, or delete your account from Profile. Account deletion signs you out and deletes or de-identifies account-linked viewing activity and interactions, subject to the limited security, audit, backup-rotation, and legal obligations above.

8Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, credential hashing, request validation, monitoring, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection. Use the controls in Profile or contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.

10Children

The service is not directed to children who cannot independently use online services under applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without required authorization.
